Billing and cancelling
When am I charged?
€4.99 for the first month, then €9.99 a month, paid in advance. Your plan renews on the same day each month, starting the day you buy.
How much can I use it?
There's a fair monthly usage limit. You get a warning as you get close. If you reach it, tutoring pauses until your next monthly payment goes through. Safety help always works.
How do I cancel?
Email hello@studysage.online. Your plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for, then stops. No extra charges.
Who pays?
18 and over: you do. Under 18: a parent or guardian pays, using a link Sage emails them. Under 16s also need their permission first.
How is it paid?
Securely through Stripe. Prices include VAT.
